I have experienced decades of home buying and selling situations. My experience and knowledge of real estate includes single family homes, new construction, condominiums and leases. I have lived in the West Broward/Ft. Lauderdale area since 1979. I am extremely familiar with South Florida and am pleased to call Florida my home. I love it here! I am an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce. I value this connection as a Realtor, as it involves me in community education as well as cultivates relationships with many residents, community leaders and Florida business owners.  I joined the Coldwell Banker Realty Coral Springs/Parkland office because of its reputation of quality support and sales. My husband of 35 years and I raised our 2 children in this community. We have a strong commitment to the area and the fabulous surrounding cities.
